Our Approach


Road cycling is an exciting sport and we want you to feel liberated on your bicycle, just like you did as a kid! If you’re looking to become a serious racer then these programs are not for you. We will provide a safe environment where your skills will progress while gaining confidence and knowledge in all facets of cycling. We believe that feeling good on a bicycle happens when you eat well, sleep well and take care of your body. We will help you accomplish that.

We offer two programs depending on what your athletic goals are. If you intend to ride either of the Okanagan Fondos or the Ride to Conquer Cancer, plan to join the spring program. If your main seasonal goal includes riding in the Vancouver – Whistler GranFondo, the summer program may be better suited to you. Both options start well in advance with a build up to any of the events.

All programs are run for a period of 16 weeks, concluding prior to the start of specific events.
